Kevin Harris


Kevin Harris has been practicing law since 1999. He holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley (B.A., 1991) and Golden Gate University (J.D., 1998), and became a member of the California State Bar in 1999.


Kevin’s focus is on landlord-tenant, and post-foreclosure unlawful detainer litigation, handling thousands of residential, commercial, and post-foreclosure actions.


Kevin has also been an active contributor to the community, serving for two years on the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Owners Association of Southern Alameda County. Moreover, Kevin has a strong footing in Fair Housing matters, showcasing the breadth of his legal expertise.

Brian Rosales


Brian Rosales has over two decades of legal practice since earning his degrees from the University of California, Berkeley (A.B., 1992) and Golden Gate University (J.D., 1996). He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. As an expert in landlord-tenant law, residential subsidized affordable housing, and rent control, he specializes in landlord-tenant litigation.


Brian volunteers as an instructor for landlord-tenant courses at the California Apartment Association and the Rental Housing Association of Southern Alameda County. Moreover, his extensive courtroom experience encompasses over 2,000 bench trials and multiple jury trials to verdict. Brian represents landlords in city administrative hearings and has represented landlords in fair housing complaints. He is a board member of the Rental Housing Association of Southern Alameda County.
